Wordless Wednesdays Origins #image

Where did you come from? Where did you go? Where did “Wordless Wednesday” come from? The Internet Archive shows this as the oldest archive mention of “Wordless Wednesday.”

The page features a links to other posts, but doesn’t identify the blog owner. Following to the 2012 post I see the use of the “Mister Linky’s Magical Widgets.” I wonder if the original 2006 Wordless Wednesday page was a test bed for Mister Linky? I commented on the 2006 page to see if the author will reply with information on the origins of Wordless Wednesday. Can’t wait to see what I learn.

  1. I posted this blog and then needed to edit tags and decided to add a little more text and images. For the folks subscribed, did you receive multiple notices of this post or just one?
